📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
• Preparing detailed audit reports, including recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborating with the finance and operations teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensuring that all processes are in compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control frameworks.
• Providing training and guidance to staff on compliance and internal control procedures.
• Monitoring and reviewing financial and operational processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Staying up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the poultry industry.
• Proficiency in using audit software such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) is a plus.
