We are seeking a skilled Operations & Logistics Coordinator (Engineering) to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our supply chain and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes.

As an Operations & Logistics Coordinator (Engineering), you will work closely with our engineering team to streamline our inventory management, coordinate with suppliers, and optimize our warehouse operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our supply chain and warehouse operations to ensure efficient logistics processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to plan and execute logistics for project materials and equipment.
• Develop and maintain detailed records of inventory, orders, and shipments using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in warehouse operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Provide regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, and logistics metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Proven experience in managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and optimizing warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools such as Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
