📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and aging analysis.
• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring proper classification and recording of financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variances, providing insights to support financial decision-making.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial data for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in financial audits and reviews, providing support to the audit team and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
• Support the Finance Manager in the development and implementation of financial processes and controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and local accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
