📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and implement a variety of educational activities and lessons for preschool children.
• Assist teachers with daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, student engagement, and behavior management.
• Monitor and assess children's progress and development, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and progress, using our school management software.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
• Promote a positive and supportive culture within the classroom and school community.
• Work closely with parents and guardians to maintain open lines of communication and ensure children's well-being.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in preschool teaching or a related role.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPCCE, ECE, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of child development and learning theories.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
