📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end customs clearance for imports and exports
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international customs regulations
- Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation
- Coordinate with customs authorities and handle any issues or disputes
- Monitor and report on customs clearance processes
- Provide support to the logistics team to ensure smooth operations
- Stay updated on changes in customs laws and regulations
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international customs regulations
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with customs clearance software such as SAP or Oracle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid Indonesian work permit
