📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of store facilities, equipment, and systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues.
• Work with store managers and maintenance teams to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Use SAP for asset management and Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance store operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing maintenance issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a retail or similar environment.
• Proven track record of performing maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Knowledge of SAP for asset management is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Teams.
• Valid certification in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC maintenance is a strong asset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.
