📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily laboratory operations, including quality control testing and material inspections.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement quality control processes to maintain high standards of material and garment quality.
• Train and mentor laboratory staff to ensure high performance levels.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to international standards such as ISO and Oeko-Tex.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage laboratory equipment and ensure its proper maintenance and calibration.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the textile or garment industry.
• Certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using laboratory software such as LabArchives, LIMS, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of international quality standards such as ISO, Oeko-Tex, and GOTS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with garment manufacturing processes and materials is a plus.
