As a key member of our project team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality studies that support our business objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire feasibility study process, from initial scoping to final reporting. You will use advanced software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and specialized environmental assessment tools to create detailed project plans and environmental impact analyses. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying potential risks and opportunities, and in developing mitigation strategies that align with our commitment to environmental stewardship.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development of feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments (AMDAL) for mining projects.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality studies.
• Conduct site visits and data collection to support feasibility studies and environmental assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including geologists, environmental scientists, and project managers, to integrate technical and environmental data.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders, including government agencies, regulators, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian environmental regulations and best practices in environmental management.
• Identify and mitigate potential environmental risks and opportunities, developing strategies that support sustainable development.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in feasibility studies and environmental assessments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments, with a focus on mining projects.
• Professional certification in environmental management, such as Certified Environmental Professional (CEP) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations and best practices.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and specialized environmental assessment software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
