📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver high-quality training programs for beauty and medical professionals.
• Design and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Create and update training materials, including manuals, handouts, and online courses.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific training needs and requirements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve them.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the beauty and medical industries.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new trainers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the beauty and medical industries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as beauty therapy, medical science, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the beauty and medical industries.
• Certification in a relevant training methodology, such as Instructional Design or Adult Learning Principles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using training software, such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Passion for the beauty and medical industries and a commitment to professional development.
