🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Development or a similar role.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong knowledge of performance management systems and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR software tools.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
