📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement strategic plans for asset optimization and risk management
- Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations for mining projects
- Monitor asset performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Leverage data analytics tools such as SAP and Oracle to analyze asset performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in mining asset management
- Prepare and present strategic reports to senior management
- Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure continuous improvement
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mining asset management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of mining operations, economics, and asset management principles
- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar software
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
