📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of marine engines and auxiliary systems
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement corrective actions
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities to ensure optimal vessel performance
• Monitor and maintain engine performance data using specialized software
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient vessel maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
• Train and mentor junior engineers on maintenance procedures and best practices
• Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marine Engine Mechanic
• Certified Marine Engineer with relevant certifications such as OMIST, ABYB, or equivalent
• Proven experience in Planned Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance
• Familiarity with marine engine systems and auxiliary equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and Seaman Book
