🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Japanese language.
• Fluent in both spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with educational technology platforms such as Zoom, Google Classroom, or Microsoft Teams.
• Knowledge of cultural aspects of Japan and ability to incorporate them into the curriculum.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
