📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate field operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Work closely with field teams to provide support and guidance, and ensure that they have the resources and tools they need to be successful.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve our operations and ensure that we are meeting the needs of our clients.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of field teams, and provide feedback and coaching to help them improve.
• Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed, and that our field teams are properly trained and equipped.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our field operations are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and ensure that our field operations are in line with the latest developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, operations management, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field operations, with a strong background in project management or operations management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed to support field operations.
