📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with patient registration and appointment scheduling using in-house software.
• Greet and welcome patients, providing a warm and professional reception.
• Take vital signs and assist with basic patient care under supervision.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for medical procedures.
• Support doctors and nurses with administrative tasks such as updating patient records and managing medical supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role (preferred but not required).
