📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize construction processes to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Oversee project execution, including site supervision, quality control, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement construction schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Utilize advanced construction management software, such as Procore and Autodesk Construction Cloud, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and report on project performance metrics, including cost, schedule, and quality, to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement measures to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
• Certifications in Construction Management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCP (Certified Construction Professional), are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in advanced construction management software, such as Procore and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
