📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients to collect payments and negotiate settlements.
• Manage debt portfolios and track recovery progress.

• Report on collection activities and provide regular updates to the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, debt collection, or customer service.
• Proven track record in negotiating and recovering outstanding debts.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
