Mandiri Telecom is looking for a dedicated and friendly Waiter to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and relay customer orders accurately to the kitchen staff.,Ensure that food and beverages are served promptly and in good condition.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Handle customer complaints or concerns in a polite and professional manner.,Assist with cash handling and payment processing.,Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar role is preferred but not required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage terminology.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
