Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details,Write user guides, manuals, and other technical materials to help customers understand and use our products,Ensure that technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easy to understand,Review and edit technical documentation written by other team members,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and communication skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Experience with software documentation is a plus,Fluency in English is required
