📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of marketing and sales materials related to technical products.,Participate in product development discussions to provide input on documentation needs.,Review and provide feedback on documentation from other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
