Heraeus is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to customers in the solder and sinter materials industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials science, engineering, and a proven track record in technical sales and solutions engineering.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the selection, application, and use of solder and sinter materials.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Assist in the development and implementation of technical training programs for customers and internal teams.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that customer needs are addressed in new product development.,Conduct technical audits and assessments to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in the solder and sinter materials sector.,Prepare technical reports, presentations, and other documentation to support customer interactions and internal processes.,Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote Heraeus products and solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or a similar role within the materials or manufacturing industry.,Strong understanding of solder and sinter materials, their properties, and applications.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications.,Experience with technical software and tools, such as CAD, CAM, or simulation software.,Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by the role.
