📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and optimize the injection molding process to ensure high-quality output and efficiency,Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste,Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to address production issues,Maintain and calibrate injection molding machines to ensure consistent performance,Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production and quality control,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in injection molding,Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and operators

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection molding engineering,Strong knowledge of injection molding machines, materials, and processes,Proficient in using CAD/CAM software for mold design and analysis,Experience with quality control and statistical process control (SPC),Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
