The Senior Economist will be responsible for conducting in-depth economic analysis to support the PCC's mission of promoting fair and competitive markets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting economic analysis to support the PCC's competition policy and market analysis functions,Preparing reports and presentations on economic trends, market dynamics, and competition issues,Assisting in the development and implementation of economic policies and strategies,Collaborating with other PCC staff and stakeholders to gather and analyze economic data,Providing economic expertise to support the PCC's enforcement and litigation activities,Staying up-to-date with economic developments and trends in the region and globally,Assisting in the preparation of economic submissions and briefings for the PCC's Board of Enforcement,Conducting research and analysis on specific economic issues as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field,Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred,Minimum of 5 years of experience in economic analysis or a related field,Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to conduct in-depth economic analysis,Excellent written and oral communication skills in English,Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, Stata, or R,Experience in conducting economic research and analysis for government or regulatory agencies preferred,Knowledge of competition policy and market analysis principles and practices
