CV Ratu Restu is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cook to join our team. As a Senior Cook, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of food in our restaurant. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality of food and service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and cooking of food in the restaurant kitchen.,Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked according to our recipes and standards.,Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Ensure that all food is properly stored and handled to maintain food safety standards.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure that we are operating efficiently.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working order and properly maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 5 years of experience as a cook or similar role in the food service industry.,Experience working in a high-volume restaurant or similar environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease.,Familiarity with a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
