Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the school.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our students.

  • Oversee the curriculum development and ensure its alignment with national and international standards.
  • Manage and mentor teaching staff to enhance their professional development.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with parents, students, and the community.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and school policies.
  • Represent the school in various educational and community events.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a school principal or in a senior leadership role in education.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading a school or educational institution.
  • Strong understanding of national and international educational standards and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian education system and curriculum.
