📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure excellent service.,Monitor and control inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer traffic and increase sales.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.,Respond to customer feedback and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.,Proficiency in using computer software for inventory management and financial tracking.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
