KINETIC Corporindo is seeking a talented and dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a passion for helping others. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Pontianak.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and customers via phone, email, and chat.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Monitor and maintain network and system performance.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Provide training and support to end-users.,Escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop tools.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with cloud services and virtualization technologies is a plus.
