📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design of our digital products, including websites and mobile applications.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the design aligns with business goals and user needs.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.,Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.,Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and apply them to our projects.,Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, and advocate for user-centered design principles.,Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive, meeting the needs of all users.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record of leading design projects.,Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating your skills and expertise.,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.,Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Framer.,Understanding of design systems and their importance in creating scalable and maintainable designs.,Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
