Bright Up Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing restaurant teams and ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, including chefs, servers, and support staff.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory and cost management to ensure profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
