📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and services as per procurement plans.
  • Monitor and control procurement costs to ensure efficiency and compliance with budget.
  • Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and implement improvement strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices to optimize procurement strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular procurement reports to senior management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
  • Knowledge of procurement laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
