📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.,Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.,Leading and mentoring a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.,Conducting and supervising laboratory tests and experiments, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment and instruments.,Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services with other departments.,Monitoring and reporting on laboratory performance metrics and quality indicators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a proven track record in leading and managing lab teams.,Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.,Proficiency in laboratory equipment and instrumentation.,Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
