Root Mart Group is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Jambi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing support to the senior accountant. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Process and reconcile bank statements, payroll, and other financial transactions.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide support to the senior accountant in complex accounting projects.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.,Maintain and update accounting systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
