📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of front desk receptionists to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.,Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.,Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest operations.,Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.,Participate in training and development activities for the receptionist team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
