The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support.,Conduct site inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Prepare and submit technical reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Professional certification (e.g., PE, M.Eng) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
