Shine Space Nusantara is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join our growing team in Palu. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various aspects of human resources management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as leave management, payroll, and insurance.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct orientation programs for new employees and provide onboarding support.,Assist in the coordination of training and development programs for employees.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee relations, including handling employee inquiries and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
