FORGE Group is looking for a dedicated QC Staff to join our team. As a QC Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality inspections and tests on products and services,Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations,Documenting and reporting quality issues and findings,Collaborating with production and other departments to improve quality,Training and mentoring junior staff on quality control procedures,Maintaining and updating quality control documentation and records,Participating in quality improvement initiatives and projects,Conducting root cause analysis for quality issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or related roles,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a team and independently,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems,Basic understanding of statistical process control (SPC)
