Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs that align with company goals.
- Develop performance management systems and career development plans.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

- Support the HR team in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Development or a similar role.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong knowledge of performance management systems and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and other HR software tools.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
