Big Dragon Villa Ubud is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our guests and property. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, enforcing security protocols, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the property to prevent and detect any security threats or incidents.,Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address any potential vulnerabilities.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff, addressing their concerns and needs promptly and professionally.,Assist in emergency situations by providing first aid or coordinating with emergency services as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of security incidents and activities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall security and safety of the property.,Participate in security drills and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in security or a related field.,Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse groups of people.,Familiarity with emergency response procedures and first aid training.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid security clearance and a clean criminal record.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities as needed.
