Sehati Oka Auto Service is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our fleet, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. This role is crucial to the smooth functioning of our operations and requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced according to manufacturer recommendations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and work to optimize fuel efficiency.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements where necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as transportation, logistics, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and company policies.
