📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and analyze financial data using SAP ERP and QuickBooks
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Support the financial planning and budgeting process
- Monitor and control financial performance against budget and forecast
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and financial statements
- Provide financial advice and recommendations to management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
- Proficiency in SAP ERP and QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP Indonesia) is a plus
