Deputy Recruitment Specialist

Urban Up Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring we find the best talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for helping others succeed.

In this role, you will work closely with the Recruitment Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage the recruitment process, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.
• Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the job requirements.
• Conduct interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their staffing needs.
• Provide support to the Recruitment Manager in all aspects of recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
