📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Conduct regular backups and ensure data security and integrity.,Document IT procedures and maintain accurate records of IT assets.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network infrastructure and security.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
