📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of the distribution network.,Oversee the daily operations of the distribution team, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular site visits to assess distribution performance and address any issues.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth and effective distribution processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of distribution activities and performance metrics.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution and logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Leadership and team management skills.,Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
