In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Monitor and report on account performance, providing regular updates to the Account Executive.,Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to support sales efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Indonesian language proficiency, both written and spoken, is required.
