You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enhance merchant engagement and satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of Merchant Relations Officers to ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Develop and implement merchant onboarding and governance programs to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze merchant performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and execute merchant engagement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key merchants to drive business growth.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in merchant relations.
• Represent Akulaku at merchant conferences and industry events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchant relations, business development, or a similar role in the e-commerce or fintech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and fintech platforms, with experience using tools like Shopify, Magento, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Certification in merchant relations or business development is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
