Hokian Zahra Store is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for helping our business grow. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers accurately and efficiently.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.,Monitor bank accounts and reconcile bank statements with company records.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Provide financial support and advice to the management team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
