📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment for our global teams.,Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.,Coordinate and implement HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.,Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions.,Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends.,Work closely with other HR team members to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and benefits administration.,Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in India and other global locations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.,Familiarity with HR best practices and industry trends is a plus.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
