📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle daily cash operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
• Process payments for services rendered, including cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports using software like QuickBooks or similar.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
• Manage and maintain the cash register, ensuring it is always in good working order.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the salon and spa staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to financial transactions and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a retail or service-based environment.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using basic office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of local payment systems and digital payment platforms is a plus.
